Inclusive futures foundation

We are dedicated to creating a more inclusive society for marginalized groups in Ghana. By focusing on disabled individuals, girls, and those in very remote communities, we aim to promote inclusion, and equity. Join us in empowering every individual to thrive and contribute to a brighter future.

MISSION
Our exclusive mission is to bridge the gap and create a more inclusive society for marginalized groups, particularly Persons with Disabilities(PWDs), young girls, and very remote and disadvantaged communities in Ghana. We are committed to promoting inclusion, and equity through community projects, donations, scholarships, education, training, and resource provision. We recognize the unique challenges these groups face and aim to dismantle systemic barriers to their progress, ensuring equal opportunities for all to thrive and contribute to society.

VISION
Our vision is to create a Ghana where marginalized groups, including disabled individuals, girls, and those in very remote communities, are fully included, empowered, and given equal opportunities to thrive. We envision a society that embraces inclusion, and upholds equity as fundamental values. Together, we can create a Ghana where every individual is treated with dignity and fairness, and their voices are heard and valued.

OBJECTIVES

Our Key Objectives

Community Projects

  • We initiate and execute community projects tailored to the needs of disabled individuals, girls, and those in very remote communities. Projects include infrastructure development, clean water and sanitation facilities, healthcare initiatives, and livelihood improvements.

Donations, and Sponsorships

  • Through active fundraising, we provide financial support, scholarships, and sponsorships to empower disabled individuals and girls to access education and skill development opportunities.

Capacity Building

  • We organize workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of marginalized groups, empowering them to participate actively in society and build sustainable livelihoods.

Provision of Adequate Resources

  • We ensure access to essential resources such as assistive devices, educational materials, and infrastructure improvements for remote communities, bridging the gap and promoting inclusivity.

Advocacy and Policy Reform

  • We engage in advocacy efforts to promote policy changes that foster inclusion, and equity for marginalized groups, working to eliminate discriminatory practices and implement inclusive policies.

Collaboration and Partnerships

  • We collaborate with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations to maximize our impact, pooling resources, sharing knowledge, and leveraging expertise to create sustainable solutions.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • We are committed to assessing the impact of our initiatives through ongoing monitoring and evaluation, ensuring accountability to our beneficiaries, donors, and stakeholders, and continuously improving our programs.
